Our journey started in 2010 when Glen, our founder, moved from Ireland to the United States to pursue the American Dream. He started working in the HVAC industry without any prior experience, but his determination and work ethic helped him learn the trade from the ground up.
This experience laid the foundation for what would become AC Solutions: a company built on integrity, quality workmanship, and a commitment to treating customers like family.
AC Solutions officially opened in 2016. It began as a one-person business and grew quickly thanks to hard work, honesty, and reliable service. In 2018, Glen’s partner, Hannah Jane, joined and helped turn the small company into a thriving heating and cooling business. By 2020, the team expanded, and in 2022, AC Solutions proudly moved into its own custom-built headquarters in Lexington—a milestone that reflects years of hard work and steady growth.

One of our most memorable projects was installing a new system in a large church. Several other companies had turned down the job because it was so complex. It took us months of hard work, including taking apart the equipment, moving each piece into place, and putting it all back together. In the end, we brought cooling back to a space that had gone without it for 10 years.
This experience reminds us that with perseverance, teamwork, and skill, we can achieve what others think is impossible.
